Ordering, Local Pickup, and Shipping FAQ's

Q. I have a picture of something, can you make it?

Designs made by another company as are respectfully treated as "trademarked" whether it is or isn't. We strive for own unique style in designing our items, and discourage copying other artists. At times, we do use trademark-free or purchased templates and can sometimes find similar designs and fonts available. When given another artist or company's photo we can use the theme, message or inspiration and make something just for you using Aspen & Co's own set of fonts, layouts, and designs. 

*if you're really set on an exact design we strongly recommend purchasing from the original artist/company.

Q. How long does it take to make my SIGN?

A. From the date of order confirmation it takes: 
Most signs will take 1-2weeks, although some custom designs can take up to 3-4wks. You will be notified if longer than 1-2 weeks. You will receive an automated notification once your item is completed and ready for pickup arrangements. 
 
Q. Will I receive a Proof or Mock-up?
A. Custom or personalized orders (signs & doormats) which requires you to choose custom fonts, colours, or layouts, will be sent a proof once order is placed and prior to production. Product orders with custom text but no design options will not receive a proof. Please allow 1week for custom proofs/mock-ups.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

A. Once your order is completed, items are shipped via Canada Post and there may be various shipping options available to you at checkout.
Shipping times apply to the rate you select at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be given as provided by Canada Post.

 

Q. What about Returns or Damage?

A. All regular and custom/personalized items are final sale, no exceptions.
We create & package all orders with great care, but if an item does arrived damaged, please send pictures to aspencodesigns@gmail.com
and we will review for an item replacement or a refund.

Q. Where is LOCAL PICK UP?

Contactless Local Pick-up is available from our home workshop in Clayton Heights, Surrey, BC.
Please be prepared to arrange pick up your order promptly once it is completed, you will receive notification for pick-up. We do not have the space to store your items safely for long periods of time. If your order is not picked up within one month the following will occur:
  • Your order will be cancelled. For non-custom orders, you will be refunded the total of your order less a $15 storage fee. For custom orders, no refund will be provided.
  • Future orders may be refused.
